My name is Lia Hidajat. I am a mother of 3 beautiful children. We live in the wonderful city of Ames, IA. Together with my husband, Robert, I started AIO Life to share with you a great product that has changed our lives, AIO Premium Cellular Health!

What AIO has done for me:
After giving birth to 3 children, I often have terrible back pain that kept me up at night. Almost every night Robert spent about an hour to massage my back so I can get some relief. Sometimes the pain is so bad that I’ve had to take painkillers and sleeping pills so I can get through the night. I usually woke up the next morning with terrible headaches and very little energy.
One day in August 2009, Robert came back from the office and told me that he had ordered me a bottle of AIO Premium Cellular Health to try. Of course I was very skeptical initially, but I was ready to try anything to relieve my pain. So I started taking 1 oz of AIO everyday.
After the third week of taking AIO I was very surprised that my pain is gradually becoming less severe. I am actually able to sleep better through the night and I have more energy during the day! Thanks to AIO, today my back pain is gone! Robert, of course, is also happy that he doesn’t have to give me a massage everyday and he doesn’t have to deal with a grumpy wife during the day 
What AIO has done for Robert:
Seeing what AIO has done for me, Robert also started taking 1 oz of AIO everyday. He took AIO to give him more energy during the day and maintain a foundation of daily nutrition because oftentimes he’s so busy that he has to eat on the go. It is very hard to eat healthy on the go.
From birth, Robert has a liver condition called Hepatitis B. He took daily medication to keep his Hepatitis B in check. A few years ago he had his liver tested and found that even though the medication is keeping his liver enzymes normal, the Hepatitis B caused slight enlargement and scarring of his liver.
After taking AIO regularly for about a year, he had his liver tested again in 2010. To our surprise, his liver is no longer enlarged and the scarring on his liver has healed! He didn’t change any medication or take any other supplements. He just added 1 oz of AIO a day!
AIO has given Robert’s body a chance to repair and heal itself!
Now both of us take our 1 oz of AIO daily and we will be taking it for the rest of our lives!
My grandma in Indonesia is currently recovering from a stroke and we have sent bottles of AIO over for the past 6 months to help her with her recovery.
